Label and box packaging for a health food brand that has strong roots in the Nordics. The design should have a natural touch, especially considering the ingredients are natural. The target demographic groups are males and females in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s. The box is printed on paper with a matt celloglaze finish. Whilst transparent plastic is chosen for the container because it is the most valuable plastic after recycling.

Xiaomi Watch

The packaging design of Mi Watch stands out its characteristics of high technology. The 3D hologram is adopted to present a three-dimensional effect on the packaging. With different viewing angles, the flow of water ripples appears which reflects that time is like water flowing away quickly. The box employs embossed printing skills and the special printing ink that make the box feels as real as the product itself. As the watch is not sunken into the pulp tray but raising from the surface, it seems the watch is floating on the box.

Xiaomi India's packaging line has a new visual system. The new design wishes to strengthen brand recognition, as well as emphasizes the technological edge of Xiaomi products. The packaging has a carefully designed layout to communicate branding identity. Typographic, color and icon design also ensures that the Xiaomi style remains uniform across products from a wide variety of categories and dimensions. The front design builds a clear structure to display product information. After all, packaging becomes a visual memory and stand apart from market competitors.

Small Town

Taiwan Tourism Bureau unveiled 2019 campaign to promote small indigenous towns in Taiwan. The first-ever 3D Traditional Taiwanese House bus will roam the streets of Singapore, offering the residents and the tourists a brand-new vision of the charm of Taiwan. The 3D installation art with a swallowtail roof of local architectural style on the top and the decorative tiles with floral patterns on the bottom half of the bus are both iconic imageries of traditional towns. The nest of swallow, a symbol of opulence and prosperity, is brought to life on the Traditional House Bus.

DIY Spice Blends by Chef Heidi

Unilever Food Solutions tasked resident Chef Heidi Heckmann (Regional Customer Chef, Cape Town) to create 11 unique Spice Blends recipes using the Robertsons Spice Range. As part of “Our Journey, Your Discovery” campaign the idea was to create unique images and designs using these ingredients for a fun Facebook campaign. Each week Chef Heidi’s unique Spice Blends was posted as media-rich Facebook Canvas Posts. Each of these recipes is also available for iPad download at the UFS.com website.
